Sarah Bell has been working hands on with exotic wildlife since she was 16 years old. She has worked with tigers rescued from the pet trade, flown exotic birds over audiences for different education programs at several accredited zoological facilities, studied chimpanzees in West Africa, and worked to further awareness of conservation issues as a public speaker.
She has her Bachelors of Science in Anthropology and a Masters degree in conservation with a focus in primates and is beginning an exciting new project which will encompass a study of post-Ebola Sierra Leone, wildlife trade, and chimpanzee conservation. She has also extensively studied tourism and its effects on conservation, as well as community based conservation projects that work with local communities to better their relationship with local wildlife. Sarah’s passion lies in conservation education and understanding how to better the relationship between communities in habitat countries and the animals they share their landscape with. She is currently being published in the new Encyclopaedia of Primatology as a contributing author.
Sarah has worked as an animal handler/trainer and educator with a variety of species including reptiles, birds of prey, mammals like porcupines and dingoes, and a variety of cat species. She has also traveled extensively to experience wildlife first hand, from trekking to find Komodo Dragons to scuba diving with Dolphins in Belize’s Blue Hole.
Sarah Bologna is a social anthropologist and a writer who specialises in conservation-driven development, the interface between humanity and nature.
Her work examines the consumption of nature and the complex and conflicting issues around the environment, resource use and climate change debates, most explicitly in the development arena. Her work aims to bring into clear focus the lives and priorities of those who bear the brunt of global inequalities.
She is a strong and experienced researcher and is particularly keen to be involved in documentary film making - of which she has experienced all aspects including research, filming, editing and sound, during the production of Encounters, a 23 minute documentary on tourism to townships in Cape Town, South Africa.
Sarah is widely traveled and as a researcher with over ten years of experience in Africa, Sarah would be an invaluable addition to any production team working on the subject of people and wildlife.

In 2009 Giuseppe moved to Kenya and founded his production company, Terra Conservation Films. He collaborates with several conservation organizations and wildlife experts to make films about endangered ecosystems and raise awareness on conservation issues.
In 2012 he got his Documentary Campus Master degree (Munich, Germany).
Giuseppe's documentaries have been aired on PBS (USA) and the National Geographic Channel and were awarded at major wildlife film festivals around the world.
Born in the once dusty little town of Hesperia, California the love of nature has always been the central inspiration in my life. From rattlesnakes to cobras, alligators to anacondas, there has never been a "creepy crawly" I haven't immediately wanted to look at just a little closer and show to everyone around. I think it was my passion for sharing my passion that led me to my
career in television. What a platform to show the world all the awesome living things around us...
and so that's the short version.
I specialize in herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians), but have worked with all sorts of
animals on and off camera. I've done it all, from hiding in hand built blinds to film wild lions feeding
for National Geographic, to scuba diving with massive tiger sharks for the Discovery Channel.
Simply put there is no animal too obscure or dangerous for my camera's lens... whether
that lens be on a big body Sony 900, a Photron High Speed Camera, a Phantom, a Red Epic, or an
underwater rig (yes I am a PADI certified diver). For more on my television work see my IMDB page.
Photography is my favorite form of artistic expression and my photos appear in several books,
websites, and magazines. Occasionally I sell my photographs and donate the proceeds to a variety of causes I support. I personally love to snap images of venomous snakes from cobras to bushmasters and everything in between. I have shot production stills for National Geographic, Animal Planet and The Discovery Channel.
I travel to South Africa annually, and have a particular fondness for the herps of that region, occasionally lead small groups so others can share in my experience.
Please contact me if you
would be interested in joining me in the field some time in the future.
My original plan for my life was academia, and I still do a bit of research work as well. I have presented at the International Herpetological Symposium, speak at countless reptile societies, and co-authored both scientific papers and non-fictional books.
When I am not searching for snakes or filming I am actively involved in a number of conservation efforts including the founding of Herpetological Conservation International.

Steve has filmed over several years in harsh desert locations and remote jungles around the world in countries including: Iraq, Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, Norway, Sweden, Australia, USA, Canada and UK East and West Africa, Middle East, South East Asia and Pacific Islands.
Steve's career portfolio has given him a formidable depth of experience working in countries with harsh climatic conditions, environmental disaster and conflict zones. He is culturally aware and an accomplished and competent negotiator and fixer with considerable business acumen. He also holds the BBC Safe Management of Productions qualification.
28 years experience working closely with wildlife, have personal experience raising and releasing leopard into the wild as well as lion, spent 12 years with one troop of chacma baboons in the wild, experience in rehabilitating and releasing birds of prey into the wild, deep understanding of wildlife behaviour.
I would love to get involved on any projects revolving around predators or elephant, be it safety issues when filming them or advising on the behaviour side of things to enhance obtaining shots of wildlife, or consulting on obtaining shots revolving around animal behaviour.

Combine nature and adventure photo-journalist + outdoor adventure guide & trainer + ramblings of an Australian environmental scientist = a rough etching of Steve Curtain.
Oh, who can shoot, FCP edit and produce, too.
Grounded by three years as an editor at 'Wild' and 'Rock' magazines - leading Australian nature and climbing publications, see www.wild.com.au - Steve has written, filmed and photographed for 'Australian Geographic', national park agencies and Australian domestic newspapers.
Converting his earliest epic outings into something worthwhile, Steve has been fortunate to professionally guide throughout south-east Australia by ski, foot, raft and rope and in the Antarctic/sub-antarctic courtesy of a Russian ice-strengthened vessel and the occasional Zodiac. He teaches students of all ages especially young adults training to be outdoor educators and guides themselves. Please visit www.stephencurtain.com for more.
Dedicating himself to the study of iconic, magnetic 'green' subjects such as Lake Pedder, the world's only glacio-fluvial lake in Australia's far south - drowned for hydro-electricity in 1972 but now experiencing possible restoration, see here – to the Australian Alps, a little-known but immensely significant ancient landscape to indigenous and non-indigenous Australian alike, see www.vimeo.com/41687607, Steve loves his environmental work and the difference it hopefully makes for a healthy planet for healthy people.
I'm a naturalist with a PhD specialising in stripy palm squirrels in the Indian subcontinent. I'm also a birdwatcher and I make regular trips to Sri Lanka.

I am a zoologist; therefore I can read, interpret, digest and explain complex scientific concepts from primary sources. And thus fulfil the position of a researcher. Furthermore I have done research for both Sky and Ammonite, the former as part of a work experience placement and the latter as part of paid employment.
I have very good knowledge of insects and arachnids, with a particular emphasis on ants.
I have a master’s degree with distinction from the University of Salford where I learned the basics of wildlife film-making.
I produce my own short sequences about wildlife. My aim is to film common, but rarely seen behaviour in order to educate people about invertebrate life around us. I filmed this sequence showing a raft spider laying eggs (a behaviour filmed by me for the first time) received an honourable mention in 2013’s British Wildlife Photographer of the year Awards. I have also made this sequence about mating and courtship in the common daddy longlegs. I am currently in the process of finishing off two more films on orb spiders and water boatmen.
