Laura Turner is a creative camera operator and Final Cut Pro certified editor with a passion for the natural world. She has worked on conservation documentaries in Australia, edited big cat safaris in Kenya, worked on a wildlife film in Scotland, and filmed tigers in India. She was also the in-house editor for CTV Perth, Australia, where a documentary she edited won a WA Screen Award. More recently, Laura founded the Wildlife Garden Project, which aims to inspire people to make their gardens more wildlife friendly. With the help of a team of eager volunteers, Laura regularly produces wildlife gardening tutorial videos for the website and is also currently shooting a wildlife gardening film. She is happy shooting footage in a variety of environments, and has filmed whilst dangling on the end of a rope during an abseil, up trees, and in the middle of a flowing waterfall in the depths of a Derbyshire cave!
